We're home!

It was a long day of traveling yesterday, but we made it safe and sound. Now we're catching up on our sleep.

We wanted to eat our cookie but we didn't want to put down our fork and spoon.

Crashing Waves...

Zoe loves the waves - but they were a little rougher today than yesterday so we drank alot of salt water.

Florida - Here we come...

Well, we just found out yesterday - Mommy and Zoe are headed to the beach. We're leaving Sunday and going to Destin, Florida to meet up with some friends from St. Louis. It was an offer we couldn't refuse. We'll be back late Friday night. This will be Zoe's first time on an airplane and first time on the beach. If I don't get anymore pics up before then, I'll definitely get some up from our trip when we get back.

ENJOY fall! - We sure are - I love the cool nights, changing leaves, fall decor and the promise of snow ahead! We may have already turned on the Christmas music around here. We'll be headed the pumpkin patch and zoo when we get back! Cheers!

Blocks...

We love playing with these blocks. We decided to play with them a little before bed while we drank our peppermint tea. And then as you will see in the last picture, we decided we were done with blocks and ready for night-nights.

Well, we finally got a watermelon out of the garden - however, it wasn't ripe yet - picked it too soon - oops! We are hoping for some rain so we can get some more peppers and tomatoes. And the carrots are in the ground for a fall/winter harvest.
