11 months and still growing

Another month just flew by - we're getting ready for a big milestone birthday here in the next month....

When we're not sleeping we like to stand and walk - we're not so much into sitting anymore :)

Grapes, grapes and grapes...

Thanks for participating in the poll. I'm behind on my updates!!! Here's some grape juice pics- we usually have water in our sippy cup so Zoe was surprised to taste something different. A friend gave us some grapes so we made some grape juice - ahh the smell of fresh picked grapes.

A new look

I was ready for something different on the blog - so I tried a new layout. Also, check out the poll to the left - trying to figure out how often to update this blog.

It's Autumn Time...

Zoe's doing great - here's a short update. Last time I weighed and measured her - a few weeks back she was 27 1/2 in long and around 17 1/2 pounds. She has two teeth on the bottom and one on the top and the other top one is going to be coming in anytime. She's constantly discovering and doing new things. This past week she started hugging things - it's the cutest thing in the world. She's also started pointing to things alot. And walking everywhere with help. Still no interest in crawling - we like to scoot around sitting down.

Saturday we took a drive up to Laurel Mountains and took a hike through the woods out to the rocks to look at the leaves changing. I love this time of year. Zoe loved the hike, the leaves and fresh air. God's beautiful creation continues to amaze me - all the intricate details of nature alone speaks of an amazing God who loves us so much He created this beautiful Earth for our enjoyment.

Enjoy fall!!! Get some hot apple cider, bake a pie, carve some pumpkins, make a fire in the fireplace - do something different!
