Christmas Day pics

Well, not thinking Zoe cared much about her presents this year - mom and dad got to open them all. She was more concerned with sleeping. I'm sure next year she won't be as concerned about sleeping through Christmas. Here's just a couple pics from Christmas Day. Happy New Year.

3 weeks old already...

Hard to believe our little Zoe is 3 weeks old already. She's doing great and is very happy, peaceful and content.

We're up to 8lbs 14 oz and 22 in long and growing :)

Here's Ellen...

Here's Ellen - our fabulous midwife with Zoe today - at 2 weeks old. Ellen has been wonderful to work with - she has been a wealth of information, a strong support, readily available. She did an incredible job with prenatal visits, delivering the baby and through this postpartum time. It has been so great to have access to her and to have received the education and help throughout this entire journey. Thanks a million, Ellen.

She's getting so much bigger already - hard to believe tomorrow will be two weeks. The midwife will be over for a follow-up visit so we'll see what she weighs now and how much she's grown.

Family time...

Here's Zoe with Pap, Grandma and Aunt Tiff - they have practically lived half of the last week here and been a tremendous help with her, housework, laundry, etc. We don't know what we would have did without them. The pics of Pap and Tiff are from the day of birth. The pic with Grandma is just from a couple days ago.

I'm still pregnant!

Well, today's the infamous "due date" and I'm still pregnant as of this moment.....As you probably expect I am ready to have this baby and hope that the time is REALLY close....Until then please keep us in your thoughts and prayers and we'll be sure to post pictures as soon as we can.....Thanks Christie

The nursery!

Here you go.....the nursery is finally done! Just waiting on a picture for above the rocking chair that my mom is making.....Other than that - now it just needs the baby!
